1. The Shacket 

Lo behold! A jacket is so last decade. It’s the era of the “shacket”. A marriage of the shirt and the jacket. It is versatile and the ideal layering piece all-round the year.

2. Sweater Vest

Wear it under OR over, we are not judging. This trend is catching on like wildfire! 

3. Boiler Suit 

The humble jumpsuit has reinvented itself into a trend that was seen on runways across the world, since the last year, from Chanel to Celine to Stella McCartney. Celebrities like  Rita Ora, Kendell Jenner, Gigi Hadid & Victoria Beckham have already made it a must-have item this year

4. Fringe Detailing 

Another season of “fringe benefits” for us. This flirty detailing is not going anywhere this year. From hemlines to accessories and dresses, this trend is stll loved by Givenchy, Herve Leger and the cream of the designers

5. Yellow

The world could do with some cheer this year and what better way than the happy, sunny hues of yellow? Pantone named the shade “luminating” and the color of 2021, besides grey. Other adjectives used to describe this color were – “friendly, optimistic & joyful.” Well, who are we to disagree? The yellow trend was seen all over the runways at the NYFW Fall/ Winter 21 season.

6. Dramatic Sleeves 

The “puff-sleeve” or the dramatic sleeve trend has been around since 2018, and from the looks of it, is not going anywhere this year either. From balloon sleeved dresses to dramatically gathered sleeves on trench coats, this trend is alive and doing rather well. This trend is bold yet feminine, riding fresh on the success of the Netflix series “Bridgerton”. O.K, we are ready for some dramatic sleeve action!
