Refund Policy

Thank you for buying our courses. We ensure that our learners have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses, whether it is instructor-led or self-paced training. As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund policy.

When you enroll in a training course or program from the Indian School of Image Management (a Brand of Samrdh Solutions LLP), you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and refund policy. Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds: Online and face-to-face Training

1. Event Postponement/Cancellation and Location/Date Change

Indian School of Image Management (a Brand of Samrdh Solutions LLP) reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the location & date of an event or course/program under the following circumstances:

i) Insufficient Enrollment

ii) Instructor Illness

iii) Unforeseen Events (e.g., floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

2. Refunds for Cancellation by Indian School of Image Management (a Brand of Samrdh Solutions LLP)

If Indian School of Image Management (a Brand of Samrdh Solutions LLP) cancels an event or course/program, the following refund policy applies:

100% of the course fees paid by the learner will be refunded. However, please note that any travel, logistics, or personal expenses incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded. Participants are encouraged to make appropriate arrangements to safeguard against such expenses.

Note: In the event of a force majeure clause under 1 (iii), refunds will not be provided.

3. Participant Cancellation/Postponement

If a participant wishes to cancel or postpone their registration for a paid course, the following policy applies:

No refunds will be provided for the course fees paid.

However, the participant will be provided the option to postpone or put the course/program on hold for a maximum of 3 months. 

If the participant is unable or refuses to start or re-start their course/program in this period, their admission will be canceled. 

Note: Once the admission is canceled, the fee paid by the participant will not be eligible for any refund or utilizing the fee paid for another course.

4. Refund Processing
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 business days after the request is received and confirmed by Indian School of Image Management (a Brand of Samrdh Solutions LLP).

6. Amendment of Refund Policy
Indian School of Image Management (a Brand of Samrdh Solutions LLP) reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants through our official communication channels.
